Folvite-MB tablet is multivitamin prescribed in anaemias, vitamin deficiency, and some neurological disorders. As it is a combination of three different vitamins, each compound has its benefit as given below:

Folic acid helps produce healthy red blood cells, which carries oxygen throughout our body; it also helps prevent some severe birth defects and improve the brain development and functioning of the foetus when given in pregnancy.

Methylcobalamin is retained in the liver, which later helps produce healthy red blood cells and nerves, which contributes to improving memory and function of the brain when given in some neurological disorders.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride helps prevent high blood pressure during pregnancy, which is also called preeclampsia, thereby preventing organ dysfunctions and babies being born earlier than the expected date. It also ensured mature red blood cells production.

Take this tablet as instructed by your doctor. Do not stop the medication until and unless your doctor has advised you to. Use this tablet regularly to get maximum benefits of the treatment. The side effects caused by this tablet are abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and stomach upset, which are very uncommon. If these adverse effects persist, consult your doctor immediately. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant or breastfeeding.
