Flexabenz tablet is a muscle relaxant that provides relief from the discomfort caused due to painful musculoskeletal conditions such as rigidity, tension, stiffness, and muscle spasms.
This medication may cause side effects such as sleepiness, dryness in the mouth, tiredness, and headache. Inform your doctor if these side effects bother or worsen your condition or persist for a longer duration
Take the medication with food to prevent getting an upset stomach. Generally, you should use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms for the shortest possible time.
Please do not exceed more than the recommended dose as it may lead to toxicity and adverse effects. Do not stop the medication. You have to complete the course of treatment as prescribed by your doctor even if you feel better. Sudden abrupt may lead to severe complications. Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, or have liver & kidney problems and using any other medications.
Avoid alcohol consumption while you are on flexabenz therapy. And also, avoid driving as it may cause dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances and fatigue, which may affect your ability to drive.
