DOXIMED-L capsules are used to treat respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, infections due to sexually transmitted diseases, dermatological infections, ophthalmic infections and rickettsia infections, and It is the combination of two medicines such as DOXIMED-L. Doxycycline is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins by which bacteria require to perform vital functions. Lactobacillus is a live microorganism that helps to restore the balance of good bacteria in the intestine, which Can be disrupted by antibiotics or intestinal infections. DOXIMED-L capsules is used alone or in combination with other medications. You are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Caution must be followed as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.

The most common side effects of This medication are erythema, headache, visual disturbances, hepatotoxicity, Acute pancreatitis, anorexia, blood disorders, and sinusitis. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to Consult your doctor immediately.

Before taking this medication, Inform your doctor If you are Pregnant or intend to be Pregnant, or have liver & kidney problems and using any other medications. This medication is not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding as It may harm the baby.
