Crotonol tablet is used to treat alcohol addiction by blocking the chemical substances involved in breaking the converted form of alcohol in the body and lead to cause increased levels of it and show toxic effects while alcohol intake. This medication may cause side effects such as headache, fatigue, drowsiness, and metallic taste. Inform your doctor if these effects bother or worsen your condition or persist for a longer duration.
Please do not exceed more than the recommended dose as it may lead to toxicity and adverse effects. Do not stop the medication. You have to complete the course of the medication as prescribed by your doctor even if you feel better. Sudden abruptness may lead to severe complications.
