Do not take antacids within 2 hours after taking this medication, as antacids reduce the actions of this syrup.
The most common side effects caused by this medication include nausea, indigestion, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, abnormal taste, stomach pain, and rashes. If the symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor.
