CELOL D3 PLUS is used to treat calcium deficiency and vitamin d deficiency. calcium citrate works by increasing the plasma calcium level, thereby helps information and maintenance of bones. cholecalciferol works by binding to the vitamin d receptor and increases serum calcium concentrations. it helps in optimal calcium absorption and prevents bone loss in osteoporosis.
the most common side effect is nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, unusual weight loss. these side effects are usually minor and not severe but inform the doctor if they do not subside. if the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. you can take it with or without food. take it as prescribed by the doctor. it is recommended to take a fixed time. the dose and duration should be followed as prescribed by the doctor. you should complete the course of treatment. don’t stop the medicine too early, and this may lead to the worsening of the disease.
