It works by increasing vitamin d levels in the blood, increasing calcium absorption from the intestine. Calciren boosts immunity and protects against infection. Take medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not miss the dose even if you feel better. You can take medicine with or without food at a fixed time.

Monitor the calcium and vitamin d levels regularly as it may lead to suppression of parathyroid hormone.
