Description

Calcimax Forte Plus 30 is a nutritional supplements used to treat calcium and vitamin D deficiency. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb/get enough nutrients from food. It may be used in the management of hypocalcaemia in patients undergoing dialysis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, and low calcium levels in hypoparathyroidism, osteomalacia, and osteoporosis in males, renal tubular osteocalcaemia, vitamin D dependant rickets, hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesaemia. Calcimax Forte Plus is a combination of four supplements- Calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol, magnesium hydroxide and zinc. Calcium carbonate makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. It helps in treating and preventing low calcium levels. Cholecalciferol is a form of vitamin D which helps in the absorption of calcium. Magnesium hydroxide aids in the absorption of calcium by converting vitamin D into its active form. Zinc is necessary for bone-building cells, normal growth, and tissue repair.
