BOSENTAS 125MG 10TAB

Bosentas tablet belongs to the class of endothelin antagonist used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, high pressure in the vessels that carry blood to the lungs from the heart. It works by blocking the endothelin receptors on vascular endothelium (inner lining of the arteries) and smooth muscles, thereby inhibiting the vasoconstriction, which helps relax the blood vessels and increases the blood supply from the heart to the lungs.

Take this tablet as directed by your doctor. Use it regularly to get maximum benefits from the treatment. Do not take more than the prescribed number of doses.

The most common side effects of this medication are diarrhoea, headache, blurred vision, ankle swelling, anaemia, hypotension, palpitations, nasal congestion, fatigue, abnormal liver function test, erythema, and rash. If these side effects persist, consult your doctor immediately.
