Betavert tablet is a histamine analog. It acts by decreasing pressure due to excess fluid buildup in the inner ear. It helps prevent and treat meniere’s disease by blocking the signal transmission from the inner ear to the brain. Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid skipping the doses. Don’t stop the medication without consulting your doctor. Finish the treatment course. Take this medication for few months to see the improvement.
The common side effects of this tablet are indigestion, bloating, headache, feeling sick, and stomach pain. If the symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor.
