Azaprin tablet is an immunosuppressant. It works by reducing the action of the immune system and prevents rejection of the transplanted organ. It also blocks certain chemical messengers responsible for inflammation, swelling, and redness associated with certain joint diseases. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. The common side effects of this medication are nausea, decreased white blood cell count, increased bleeding tendency, infection, and loss of appetite.
