Atonide cream is a topical corticosteroid that helps reduce swelling, redness, and itching in the affected area caused by few skin conditions with inflammation and itching. Its acts by preventing the release of substances responsible for causing inflammation or itching.
This medication may cause side effects such as redness, stinging, burning, irritation, rash, worsening of the condition, peeling of the skin, itching, swelling and dryness or scaliness. Inform your doctor if these effects bother or worsen your condition.
Stop using the medication and consult your doctor if itching, excessive inflammation, or swelling occurs. Do not use more than the recommended dose and duration.
Inform your doctor if you have skin diseases or any other skin allergies. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or a lactating mother.
