Anaday is used in the treatment of breast cancer in post-menopausal women. Anaday works by decreasing estrogen production in the body, which prevents the growth of breast cancer cells. Take medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not miss the dose even if you feel better. You can take medicine with or without food at a fixed time. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.
Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine. Anaday's most common side effects are hot flashes, fatigue, mood changes, weakness, dilation of blood vessels, joint pain, depression, osteoporosis, rashes. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately.
Anaday increases the risk of cardiovascular events. Seek a doctor's advice before taking this medicine if you are suffering from heart disease. Anaday decreases bone mineral density leading to an increased risk of fractures. Anaday should not be given to women who are still having menstrual periods or pre-menopausal women.
