Amrolstar cream is an antifungal. It works by preventing the fungi from producing a chemical called ergosterol, which causes nail infection. The fungus cannot survive in the absence of ergosterol. As a result, the fungi that cause infection will die. You must follow caution as excess application leads to serious adverse effects. Do not stop the medication unless told by your doctor.
