Alizap tablet is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers, which is responsible for inflammation associated with plaque psoriasis. Hence, it reduces the signs and symptoms of psoriasis. You are advised to take dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take more or less than the recommended dose. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor. This medication may cause weight loss; check your weight regularly while taking this medication.
Common side effects are nausea, diarrhoea, and vomiting. If the symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor. Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and taking any other medications.
