ACTIFED-DM SYP 100ML

Actifed DM Cough Syrup is a combination medicine which is used to relieve dry and irritating cough associated with respiratory tract disorders. This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 2 years of age.

•  Actifed DM Syrup helps relieve dry persistent cough.

Direction/dosage

•  Check the label for directions before use.
•  Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth.
•  Shake well before use.
•  Actifed DM Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Precautions

•  Take/Administer this medicine as advised by your doctor.
•  Do not take more than what is prescribed or share this medication with other people.
•  Report any undesired side effects to the doctor.
•  Ensure that the course of treatment is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor.
•  Keep it away from the reach of children.
•  Store in a cool and dry place

•  For use if you have a known allergy to triprolidine, dextromethorphan, or any other inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.
•  In patients with or at risk of developing respiratory depression, in the absence of resuscitative equipment, due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
•  For use in patients undergoing treatment with sedatives or tranquilizers due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
•  If the patient has taken MAO inhibitors like selegiline or rasagiline within the last 14 days. Their combination may increase the risk of severe adverse effects like drowsiness and blurred vision.
