ACIPAN 10TAB

Acipan belongs to the class of proton pump inhibitors used to treat heartburn, peptic ulcer, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. This medicine reduces the excess production of acid in the stomach.

It is also used in the treatment of oesophagitis and zollinger-ellison syndrome. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Take this medicine at a fixed time regularly to get better results. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose. The side effects include nausea, headache, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, and diarrhoea; if these symptoms bother you for a longer duration, inform your doctor.

Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you suffer from liver disease, osteoporosis, and vitamin-b12 deficiency. If you are pregnant or planning to have a baby and breastfeeding, seek a doctor's advice before using this medicine.
