ACEMIZ sodium tablets are used to reduce pain and inflammation conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes pain and inflammation. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by aceclofenac. This medication dose will be given based on your medical condition as prescribed by the doctor.Do not stop this medication unless told by your doctor. Do not take this medication longer than recommended by the doctor.
The most common side effects are nausea, flatulence, indigestion, diarrhoea, constipation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. your doctor may help you with other ways to reduce or prevent these side effects. Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking this medicine, as alcohol can cause excessive drowsiness.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have liver & kidney problems, and using any other medication. aceclofenac and rabeprazole sodium are unsafe to use during pregnancy.
