FEPANIL MEF syrup treat pain, inflammation, migraine headache, period pain, heavy bleeding during periods, muscle pain, tooth pain, joint pain, pain after surgery, ear pain, fever, flu, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. this medication works by inhibiting chemical messengers called prostaglandins responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling).

mefenamic acid and paracetamol syrup is used alone or in combination with other medications. you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. caution must be followed as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor. alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may increase dizziness and increase the risk of stomach bleeding.

the most common side effects of this medication are indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, heartburn, vomiting.

this medication might increase your chances of heart attack or stroke. inform your doctor if you have had any recent history of heart surgery.

before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, or have liver & kidney problems and using any other medications.
