ESLO-TEL tablet is used to treat hypertension. amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (arb) (ccb). it works by relaxing the blood vessels and thereby increases their efficiency by pumping the blood from the heart to the total body. they effectively lower blood pressure when used together.

This medication's most common side effects are peripheral oedema, backache, dizziness, hypotension, and syncope.
