paracetamol works as an antipyretic and analgesic medication by stopping the release of specific chemicals in the brain. it decreases pain and fever. diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, it works by stopping the release of enzymes that are responsible for pain and inflammation. serratiopeptidase works as an anti-inflammatory medication. it promotes healing by breaking down unusual proteins in the area of inflammation. this tablet is used to relieve the symptoms of muscle pain, back pain, joint pain and menstrual cramps.
