Dilgel cream is used to promote the healing of the tear in the skin of the anus and reduce the symptoms of pain caused by the tear. The tear in the skin lining the anus is called an anal fissure.

you are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. you must follow caution as an excess application of cream leads to itching, rashes and other hypersensitivity reactions.

apply the cream every twelve hours as directed by your doctor, and do not exceed the dose. wash hands after use.

you may continue treatment until the pain goes away or for up to a maximum of 8 weeks.
