Aldactone capsule is a cardiovascular agent that belongs to the class called aldosterone receptor antagonist and potassium-sparing diuretics. It works by reducing blood pressure and swelling by removing excess water and electrolytes from the body while retaining potassium. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. The most common side effects of these medications are gynecomastia, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sedation, menstruation disorder, erectile dysfunction.
