Pregabalin is an alpha two delta ligand that reduces pain by altering nerve cell calcium channel function. They relieve neuropathic pain when used together.
The most common side effects of Pregadoc plus are abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, weight gain, constipation, blurred vision and dry mouth.
