Panjon tablet is a combination of medications that includes caffeine, paracetamol and phenylephrine.

Paracetamol works as an antipyretic, and analgesic. It prevents the release of specific chemicals from the brain which cause pain and fever. It helps to reduce pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant medication that helps by reducing swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages and causes vasoconstriction. This decreases oedema and increases the drainage of sinus cavities. Caffeine works as an adenosine receptor blocker. It helps in reducing pain by stopping the signals. This medication is used to treat cold and flu symptoms like headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, body pain, and lethargy.

The most common side effects of Panjon are headache, restlessness, stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects last for a shorter duration. If you experience these effects for more than one week immediately consult your doctor.
