The most common side effects are headache, dry mouth, nausea, and a slight metallic taste in the mouth. They are usually mild but inform your doctor if they last for more than a few days. You can try using sugar-free sweets or sweetener tablets to treat dryness or a metallic taste in your mouth. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding & have kidney or liver disease, and have a nervous system disorder. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication as it may cause drowsiness, dizziness, and liver damage. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
