Biselect tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications. Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Follow caution as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. It may take several weeks before you get the full benefit of this medicine & you may need to take it for the rest of your life. However, it is essential to continue taking for the rest of your life.
Most common side effects include drowsiness, insomnia, swelling, depression, constipation, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, bronchospasm, cold extremities, chest pain, nervousness, headache, confusion and itching. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately.
This medication may cause alteration in sexual performance, unresolved swelling of extremities, difficulty in breathing or new cough, unresolved fatigue, unusual weight gain & muscle weakness and unresolved constipation. Your doctor may advise specific tests before and after the treatment to check for these issues.
Before taking this medication, inform you that you are pregnant or have liver or kidney problems and use any other medicines. This medication is not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding as it may harm the baby.
