Graniforce tablet is an antiemetic agent. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop the medication unless told by your doctor. Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol while on this medication.
The most common side effects of this medication are headache, constipation, diarrhoea, and weakness. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness. These symptoms should disappear when you stop taking this medicine. Inform your doctor immediately if these symptoms bother you.
Inform your doctor if you have any liver problems, kidney problems, heart problems and using antidepressants.
