Nidanol tablet is used to treat premature labour, miscarriage and habitual abortion. It works by modifying the immune response of pregnant women to prevent rejection of the embryo, allow its attachment to the uterus, and improve blood flow to the placenta.
Nidanol tablet is used alone. You are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. This medication must be taken as prescribed for you to see the benefits. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor.
The most common side effects of this medication change in weight, unwanted hair growth, menstrual disturbances, swelling over the body, fever, headache and fatigue. Most of the side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.
Inform your doctor if you feel any discomfort while taking the nidanol tablet. Your doctor may advise eye examination after the treatment to check for diplopia.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medicines.
