PNB tablet is a combination of two medications, namely nimesulide and paracetamol. This medication is used to treat fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, pain in the ear and throat. It works by blocking the chemical messengers in the brain, which cause fever, pain and inflammation.
It is used for a short time to give relief from pain and inflammation in joints and muscles. Take this medication as prescribed by your doctor.
The most common side effects of PNB are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and increased liver enzymes. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication because it may cause excessive drowsiness and liver damage. Do not stop the course unless told by your doctor.
Before taking PNB tablets, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease and liver disease.
