Atelol is a beta-adrenergic blocker agent used to treat hypertension, angina, arrhythmias and heart attacks by blocking the beta receptors found on the heart, which slow down your heart rate and makes it easier for your heart to pump the blood. Take the tablet as prescribed by the doctor.
This medication may cause side effects such as bradyarrhythmia, cold extremity, hypotension, dizziness, depression, fatigue, heart failure, myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmia, thyrotoxicosis, systemic lupus, erythematosus, pulmonary embolism and withdrawal symptom. Inform your doctor if these effects bother or worsen your condition.
