Vagilact capsule is a probiotic. It works by restoring the good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset after the use of excessive antibiotics.
Take this medication in exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Dose and frequency depend on your medical conditions. Do not stop the medication unless prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose as it may lead to stomach complications.
Common side effects are bloating, constipation, gas, hiccups, and skin reactions such as itching, rashes. If these symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor. Take antibiotics 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking this medication.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have liver, kidney, or heart disease.
