ALBRIM T eye drop is a combination of brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate, which belongs to the beta 2 adrenergic blocker class. It is used to treat ocular hypertension and glaucoma. It works by decreasing the pressure of fluid in the eye, which helps in lowering the increased eye pressure.
