Creon SD Minimicrospheres is used to treat pancreatic enzyme defficiency and helps in digestion. It reduces frequency of stools and discomfort in stomach. Creon SD should be taken with or after having food with lots of water. This causes mixture pf the enzymes with the food that aids digestion. The medicine should be taken only under the observation of a doctor. Commonly encountered side effects are stomach ache, bloating and diarrhoea. Make your doctor aware if you suffer from gout, asthma, allergies. If you are a diabetic and consume this medicine, it may cause fluctuation in your blood sugar levels. Do not take an antacid along with this medicine. Tell your doctor about your pegnancy.
