MYCOCLIN-VT medication dose and duration will be given based on your medical condition as prescribed by the doctor. sertaconazole tablet is used externally. the affected area should be clean before using the medicine. lie on your back and gently insert the tablet into the vagina as mentioned in the label. use this medicine just before bedtime. wash your hands before and after applying for this medicine.
avoid contact with eyes. if accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor. do not take this medication longer than recommended by the doctor.
the most common side effects are a burning sensation in your vagina and pain. if the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately. your doctor may help you with other ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.
consult your doctor immediately if your condition does not improve after 3 days or lasts more than 7 days or if the infection returns within two months.
