it works by affecting the balance of certain chemicals in the brain, thus give relief from pain & anxiety and improve quality of life. this medication's most common side effects are nausea, constipation, headache, sleepiness, dryness in the mouth, palpitations, increased heart rate, speech disorder, tremor, dizziness, nasal congestion, and orthostatic hypotension.
