Bifilac is used to treat diarrhea and it works by restoring the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may upset after antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
Bifilac tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications. You are advised to take this medicine prescribed by your doctor. Caution must be follow as excess consumption may lead to serious adverse effects. Take this medication with or without food. Swallow the tablet as whole with a glass of water, do not chew or break the tablet.
Most of the side effects of this medication are blotting and flatulence. Avoid taking bifilac along with steroids as they may increase the chances of getting sick.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, or have liver and kidney problem and using any other medications.
