Rioci belongs to the class of cardiovascular agent that is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. It works by widening the blood vessels that connect the heart to the lungs and increases the blood supply to the lungs, which reduces pressure on the heart. It helps improve your physical performance and prevents the disease from getting worse.
The most common side effects are headache, indigestion, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, hypotension, vomiting, anaemia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and constipation. In general, most side effects go away on their own and do not require medical attention. Avoid driving or doing anything that requires mental focus until you understand how this drug will affect you. Do not take more than the recommended dose as it may cause a worse condition.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant and breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you are using any other medication as they cause interactions.
