xgrast injection is a hematopoietic growth factor used to prevent infections that may cause after chemotherapy due to neutropenia (decreased neutrophil count). it is a growth factor that works by stimulating the production of healthy white blood cells from the bone marrow.

this medication’s most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, decreased appetite, headache, dizziness, fatigue, cough, hair loss, oropharyngeal pain, increased uric acid levels, and injection site reaction. if these side effects persist, consult your doctor immediately.
