It reduces jet lag symptoms such as irritability, indigestion, daytime tiredness, and sleep disturbances. Altonil Syrup helps to synchronize the body’s biological day-night rhythm. It should be taken either 2 hours before or 2 hours after food, preferably at bedtime.
