Kapiva Organic Jaggery Powder is made from nutrient-packed sugarcane sourced from the winter harvest of Uttarakhand soils, naturally irrigated by Himlayan Glacial waters. We only use stainless steel crushers to extract the juice and then boil it at a high temperature. The cold-pressed juice of these sugarcanes is purified using okra stems and is hand crushed to make an 'easy to dissolve' organic jaggery powder.
