NEUROXIA capsule contains the medications like alpha lipoic acid, pyridoxine, methylcobalamin and folic acid. they belong to the class of vitamins.

alpha-lipoic acid works as an antioxidant, thereby protecting the brain and liver cells from oxidative stress. alpha-lipoic acid helps in the generation of energy by breaking down the carbohydrates and also helps in the normal maintenance of other vitamins like vitamin e & vitamin c. alpha-lipoic acid is used in the treatment of diabetes and nerve-related symptoms of diabetes, including burning, pain, numbness in the legs & arms. alpha-lipoic acid is also used for memory loss, fatigue, hiv/aids, cancer, liver disease, heart disease and lyme disease. it is also used to treat eye-related disorders, such as damage to the retina, cataracts and glaucoma.

pyridoxine helps in the protection of nerves. folic acid helps in the formation of red blood cells and reduces birth defects like neural tube defects. it is used in the treatment of anaemia. methylcobalamine works by functioning in producing a compound called myelin, which covers and protects nerve fibres. it is used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy.
