Gcolate is a synthetic form of anticholinergic medication. Gcolate works by blocking and decreasing the action of acetylcholine on various organ systems.
Gcolate is used to treat various conditions like peptic ulcer disease, abdominal pain, copd, and operating surgeries to reduce body secretions. The most common side effects of gcolate are difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, constipation, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, vision changes, painful urination, and eye pain. If you experience the above side effects, immediately inform your physician. Take a fibre-rich diet as it may cause constipation. Avoid driving and handling machinery if you experience dizziness. Do not stop the medication immediately if you have no symptoms.
