Blatta Orientalis Q present in this is useful to treat bronchitis related breathlessness and cough with breathing difficulty. Bryonia Alba Q is used to treat pleurisy expectoration rusty and dry, hard cough. Ipecacuanha Q is for dry asphyxiant cough with glottis spasm and nausea. Zingiber Q present in this is used to manage the fever, bronchial asthma and cough. For adults take 1 to 2 teaspoonful upto 3 times a day and for children take half of the adult dose.
