Directions to Use:

• Follow the instructions provided with the machine carefully, especially regarding cuff position and seating advice.

• Remove any clothing from the area between your elbow and upper arm, place the cuff over your arm. Secure the cuff with the fastener, do not close it tightly.

• Connect the air jack into the Omron BP machine, then press Start/Stop.

• After the cuff inflates and deflates, press Start/Stop once more and remove the cuff.

• Note down your readings.
