Unifol 15 mcg/500 mcg Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of a doctor. Do not self administer the injection until you know how to inject it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Keep taking it as prescribed by your doctor.
It is generally safe to use medicine with no common side effects. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. You may be asked for regular blood tests to check for anemia or number of red blood cells during the treatment.
