Lignocaine hydrochloride jelly is a local anaesthetic used to treat symptoms of painful inflammation of the urethra and bladder. The most common side effects are redness, rash, burning, and itching at the application site. These are usually mild and short-lived. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Do not apply it to broken or infected areas of skin, face, eyes, or eyelids unless instructed by your doctor.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver & kidney problems, and use any other medication.
