Sternoclavicular joint swelling and pain, is it cancer in any part of the body?

Sternoclavicular joint swelling and pain is not necessarily indicative of cancer in any part of the body. In general, it can be caused by a variety of conditions and injuries, including but not limited to: trauma or injury to the area, arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis), inflammation due to infection, fibromyalgia, and bursitis.
