This is an EKG reading that means there was a heart attack, but the age of the heart attack isn't known. The reason it's not known is because the area of the heart that was damaged by the heart attack is no longer working (meaning it's infarcted), so there's no blood flow going to that area and therefore no way to tell how old the damage is.
