No, H. pylori does not cause breast discharge or hormonal imbalance. However, it has been linked to a number of conditions that affect the breasts and hormones, including Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD), Dyspepsia, Gastritis, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and stomach cancer. Studies have shown that while infection with H. pylori may increase a person's risk of developing certain digestive disorders, these conditions are usually caused by environmental factors or lifestyle choices such as poor diet and smoking. Additionally, further research is needed to find out whether eradication of the bacteria can actually reduce symptoms related to these conditions.
That said, it is important for women to be aware of potential signs and symptoms associated with hormone imbalances such as irregular menstrual periods or a history unexplained weight gain/loss or mood swings – all which could indicate a hormonal imbalance unrelated to H pylori infection but possibly caused by other underlying medical issues. If any such signs are experienced it would be advisable to seek medical advice from your doctor in order to rule out any relevant issues that might need attention.
